This was a really nice place. Clean, very well presented. Nice decor too. I had the ribeye steak medium rare and it was awesome. My girlfriend had the chef's salad and it was bigger than we both anticipated. The waitress was really nice and very attentive but I should note that we were the only ones there. I didn't stay in the hotel because I live in Clifton Forge, but as far as I could see, it looked decent enough.

Hated it. Got a $8 dollar voucher for breakfast. Was there with 9 guys on a trip. Three of us never got our breakfast. We waited 30 minutes while the other 6 ate. Then the waitress came back to the table and said they didn't have some of the items we ordered. IE bagel. You think they could have said that in the beginning.

Needs overall remodel beds terribly hard toilet runs all night not clean hate this place

Had a great retirement party for mother inlaw. Staff was very attentive and fast to please and make sure everyone was taken care of.

Disappointing

We ate there and everyone was great! The food was fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. Generous portions!

The Buffet was amazing and the staff was great. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, you would expect it to more expensive, but it was not! The Prime Rib was better than a Steak House!

Very nice worker. She did everything from cooking to taking your orders to operating the cash register. We got what we ordered, however it was not real warm. She did the best she could but they were not prepared to serve a meal like breakfast. Probably would not go back.

Food was good, steak was perfect. And the service that night after work was fantastic.

Be careful of what comes out of the kitchen, cleaning is not a priority.

These guys do pretty good for a hotel restaurant. Their sandwiches are all good.

Terrible. The server wasn't quick, food mediocre at best. Food took along time which many were not accurate. Will never go back.

The local "Western Sizzlin" is closed for renovations, so we are here. The staff is super friendly and the "all you can eat" prime rib is really worth it.

Was their for a reunion and thought that the food was not up to par much better in the past.

Very good great food great price

Slow service, there was a total of maybe 10 customers in the restaurant, orders were mixed up, people that came in 15 minutes after us were served first...and a COCKROACH crawling on the trim of the wall!

Food wasn't bad and wasn't great either. The place is inside a hotel, and it's very dated and could use a lot of TLC. The service was decent though, and since this hotel caters mostly to Mill workers who are from out of town it was overall basically what I expected.

Took my Dad there for Father's day dinner, and I must say I was very disappointed. Could not keep hot food on the bar. Oysters were extremely salty not worth eating. Can honestly say I want be going back..

Great service and the food was really good. My husband had the chicken livers and thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the club sandwich it was huge and delicious.

If i could give no stars i would! The food is disgusting and cold. Worst place ive ever eaten. Couldnt even force myself to finish. I tried the mashed potatoes, then the mac and cheese and had to leave. It was barely even edible. I said something and left and threw up in the parking lot!
